Our Mission Statement
The Greater Boston Concierge Association (GBCA), created October 1990, was established for these purposes:
- To promote tourism within the city of Boston and to help create a positive image of the Greater Boston area and its businesses.
- To develop unity among hotel/residential/corporate Concierges, and guest service personnel through social interaction and by the circulation and discussion of educational materiel, activity information, and mutual problems.
- To encourage stronger cooperation from Greater Boston area businesses, cultural, and athletic organizations to better provide quality service to our guests and residents.
- To increase and develop the level of competence of Concierges and guest service personnel, and work for the recognition of the Concierge profession in their applicable Boston industries.
The GBCA is comprised of our member Concierges and guest service personnel from various Greater Boston hotels and condominiums, as well as our affiliate members from assorted business organizations.
